COVID 19 CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations as a result of a government order, directive or advice or a change in the law related to COVID 19 will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at a later date. So, if Lockdown or Tiers changes mean your booking has to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund or transfer of the paid amount to a future booking. Standard terms apply to cancellations for any other reason.
Residents of Hare Street, Great Hormead and Little Hormead – £20 ph
Outside these villages – £30 ph
Weekend mornings/afternoons are capped at £100 for residents and £120 for non-residents
Weekend evenings are capped at £100 for residents £150 for non-residents
Weekend Full Day + Evenings are capped at £190 for residents £250 for non-residents.
All breakages and losses will be charged for. Additional clean fee at £30 may be charged if you do not clean the hall and toilets yourself.
A TENS licence may be required at £21.50.
